Megan M. Woods is a Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Approved Telehealth Counselor, and Approved Qualified Supervisor. With over a decade of experience, she offers comprehensive, holistic, and integrative therapeutic services for individuals of all ages and their families. Megan possesses a wealth of experience in diverse professional environments, including private practice, permanent supportive housing programs, assertive community treatment, residential treatment for youths, and offender re-entry services. She utilizes evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Therapies, and Mindfulness-Based CBT. Megan has a specialization in working with adolescents, adults, and couples. Additionally, she is licensed in Florida, Idaho, Montana, and Washington.

She provides support to adolescents, young adults, and couples who have experienced challenging life changes and are facing feelings of stagnation or stress in order to facilitate their journey toward healing.
