 Megan M. Woods, MS, CCTP, LMHC, LCPC, AQS is a Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Approved Telehealth Counselor, and Approved Qualified Supervisor, licensed in Florida, Idaho, Montana, and Washington. With over a decade of experience, she offers comprehensive, holistic therapy and wellness services for individuals, couples, and families.

Megan has worked in a variety of professional environments, including private practice, residential youth treatment, assertive community treatment, permanent supportive housing, and offender re-entry services. She uses evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Therapies, and Mindfulness-Based CBT.

Her expertise focuses on trauma-informed care, helping adults and couples navigate challenging life experiences, transitions, and stressors from a whole-person approach. Megan provides support to those experiencing life changes, stress, or stagnation, using a collaborative, client-centered approach to promote balance, resilience, and healing.
